The high-frequency pipe welding machine uses the high-frequency resistance eddy current to make the pipe hot melt and condense to manufacture the pipe. High-frequency pipe welding machines are becoming more and more popular due to the fast welding speed. For example, large-scale pipes such as petroleum pipes and natural gas are manufactured using high-frequency pipe welding machines.
High frequency welding principle:
High frequency welding is high frequency resistance welding, so many people have also made resistance welding pipes into ERW pipes. The high frequency welding system is generally composed of a rectifier system, a cooling system and a control system. The low-frequency 50HZ conventional power connected from the power grid is quickly increased to more than 400KHZ after being integrated with the IGBT system of the rectification system. After the high-frequency current is added to the inductor coil (ie, the induction coil), it is converted into a high-frequency magnetic field by the principle of electromagnetic induction. Acting on metal pipes in a magnetic field, since the eddy current effect is dispersed around the pipe, a magnetic rod needs to be preset inside the pipe. Influenced by the magnetic rod, the eddy current will be concentrated in the gap between the pipes, and then the eddy current is affected by the skin effect. The effect is to use the principle of the current thermal effect to generate heat, so that the melting zone of the edge of the pipe is melted, and it is condensed together under the external force to achieve welding.
